For the first time, THE HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS, which honors the most outstanding French music festivals of 2023, are opening up to the international scene.

The HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS are a unique and free opportunity to give your festival even greater visibility among festival-sponsoring brands.
SCHEDULE
1/ Application Submission
You can submit your festival application for free before October 19th, 2023, using the online registration form accessible via the “APPLY” button on the page.
2/ Eligibility
Festivals held in Europe between September 30th, 2022, and September 30th, 2023, are eligible to participate.
3/ Finalists Selection
The jury, including sponsors, partner associations, and institutional partners, will select the finalists in each category by the end of October 2023.
Finalists will be notified by email
4/ Presentation
Finalists will defend their entries before the jury on November 14th or 15th, 2023, at HEAVENT PARIS, Porte de Versailles.
The exact date will be announced by the end of October.
5/ Awards Ceremony
The HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS Ceremony will take place on November 15th, 2023, at HEAVENT PARIS, Porte de Versailles

ENTRY CONDITIONS
By applying, festivals commit to meeting all requirements:
- Meet the deadline, sending the questionnaire, video and photos
- Conformity of the elements requested
- Participation in the jury presentation and awards ceremony.

PROMOTION OF RESULTS
The results will be announced on Wednesday November 15th, 2023 at the Awards Ceremony bringing together exhibitors and visitors of HEAVENT PARIS.
The awards will be broadcasted on:
- CLUBBING TV: a large-scale communication plan with 120 broadcasts in 95 countries of a documentary about the ceremony and the winners.

REGISTRATION FEES
Applications are free of charge.
