Heavent Festivals Awards

THE HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS honor Europe’s most outstanding music festivals, whatever their scale or identity.
Free of charge and open to all, this Award offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility – both among the general public and within the community of partner brands.

SCHEDULE

1/ Free submission of your application before October 09th, 2025

Online registrations are open from August 25th, 2025 to October 09th, 2025.
Eligible festivals are those held in Europe between September 30th, 2024 and September 30th, 2025.
Access the application form via the “APPLY” button at the bottom of this page.

2/ Selection of finalists – mid-October 2025

A jury composed of sponsoring brands, partner associations, and institutions will shortlist the finalists in each category (see list below).
Results will be communicated by email following the pre-selection process.

3/ / Presentations – November 04th, 2025

All candidates are required to present their application before the jury on Tuesday, November 04th, 2025, at HEAVENT PARIS, Porte de Versailles.
The presentations will be followed by jury deliberations.
NB: The exact time of presentation (afternoon of November 04th) will be confirmed in October.

4/ HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS Ceremony

The ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 05th, 2025 at 08:30 pm during HEAVENT PARIS at Porte de Versailles.

AWARD CATEGORIES

1. Best Small Festival in France:

under 5,000 daily capacity

2. Best Mid-Sized Festival in France:

5,000–15,000 daily capacity

3. Best Large Festival in France:

15,000–30,000 daily capacity

4. Best Very Large Festival in France:

over 30,000 daily capacity

5. Best Festivalgoer Experience:

hospitality (campgrounds, showers, restrooms, accessibility…), practical services (cashless systems, phone charging stations, water points, rest areas…), and convivial moments (entertainment, food courts, social spaces…)

7. Best Safety & Prevention Initiative

safety approach, risk anticipation, crowd management, coordination with authorities, health measures, emergency planning, etc.

8. Best VIP Area Award

9. Best International Festival: 5,000–15,000 daily capacity

10. Best International Festival: 15,000–30,000 daily capacity

11. Best International Festival: over 30,000 daily capacity

The jury will also distinguish the three best European festivals with an Award.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Each festival is allowed to compete in up to two categories. In such a case, it must deliver a separate presentation for each category.
By applying, each festival commits to:

• Respecting submission deadlines (completed questionnaire, video, and photos).
• Providing materials that meet the organization’s requirements.
• Attending both the jury presentation and the Awards Ceremony.

PROMOTION OF RESULTS

The results will be revealed on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, during the Awards Ceremony at HEAVENT PARIS.

REGISTRATION FEES

Submitting an application is free of charge.

EXPENSES COVERED

The organization will cover individual accommodation at Mama Shelter Paris West**** for the nights of November 4 and 5.
⚠️ In case of no-show, the cost of the room will be charged.
Travel support: up to €100 incl. VAT will be reimbursed upon invoice and proof of payment.
